Co-sleeping is dangerous. Babies are with you for 9 months, they are lonely in their cribs alone.

Neutral colors are depressing and don’t help with development. But watch the shade and brightness of the colors as they may agitate or make them picky eaters.

No pillows. No blankets. No toys.

Back to sleep always.

Cry it out method? Never!

Breast is best.

Bond with your baby BUT don’t spoil them!

Cloth diapers all the way.

Get a baby monitor. & an owlet sock. & keep them in your room.

Bath them 2-3 times a week but not too much, it will dry out their skin!

Scented lotion? No way! They could have a reaction.

Organic? Natural? Generic? Brand name?

No wonder parenting is so hard…

Being a first time parent is hard enough. Being a parent for the third time is hard enough.

I understand stating a concern if the child is in harms way but otherwise, WHO CARES!

We all have opinions.

We all do what is best for us, what is best for our children and what is best for our families.

I can tell you what I do as a mom of 3, but will it really matter?

If we care enough, we will ask our pediatrician. We will do our research. Or we will ask for your opinions.

But don’t you dare tell a new mom or dad why something they are doing is wrong.

Maybe it’s wrong for you. Maybe it’s wrong for your child. But it might be perfect for that family.

Let’s stop making others feel bad for making different decisions. Whether that be in parenthood, in work or in our every day lives.

Your way may not be my way & that is okay.

As long as you are happy, your child is happy and everyone is safe, go for it.

& remember, you’re doing great.
